Day 13

It was overcast and we had to fly round a rain storm in order to get to Lake Eyre North. I was the co-pilot. I know I saw something that I will never see again and some people may never see, water in Lake Eyre, but I wasn't that impressed. Only saw a couple of pelicans no horses,camels,kangaroos or anything. We fly into William Creek and had a drink...Latte $5. It was a very cold day the pilot had to use the heater in the plane, a Cessna. Gerald still isn't that well and had the day resting. I don't think he could have managed to get into the plane anyway
